"What!" Toby exclaimed.

"She called me a couple of hours ago because she thought she was in labor, and she was right."

"Is she okay?"

"She threatened to kill you about fifteen minutes ago. So you should be glad you are not here." Josh said.

"She's okay?"

"Yeah the doctor says she's fine."

"I want to talk to her."

"Toby, I'm on her cell phone because she wanted me to call you. I'm standing outside of the hospital. She'll be in room 1245."

"Should I try to call?"

"Wait until later."

"Okay. Josh?"

"Yeah, Toby."

"Tell her I love her."

"She knows it."

Toby sat looking out the window of his hotel room, the snow was really piling up outside. He was starting to wonder if he was ever going to leave Idaho. He should have already been home. Actually he never should have come on the trip.

"Toby." Jed said as he came into the room. "No, don't get up." He said as Toby started to get up. "How's CJ? I assume you've been talking to her all morning."

"Actually I haven't been."

"I spoke with Josh a few minutes ago." Toby said. "CJ is in labor."

"She went into labor about two hours ago."

"How is she?" Jed asked.

"Josh says she is fine. I believe he mentioned that she wants to kill me."

"She does?" Jed laughed.

"Sir, if I may say so, I don't find that to be funny at all."

"I would imagine you don't." Jed chuckled. "She'll be fine Toby."

"And she's not going to blame you for not being there. She understands why."

"You should join the rest of us in the other room."

"She has this number, so I'd rather stay here in case she calls."

"It might be awhile."

It had finally stopped snowing. They were going to be able to leave Boise in a couple of hours. Toby still had not spoken to CJ. It had been six hours since he had spoken to Josh. He was becoming more worried by the minute. There were many scenarios running through his mind, and each one was worse than the last one. He tried calling Josh, but both Josh's cell phone and CJ's cell phone were turned off. That made him all the more frantic. He was still pacing around the room two hours later when the phone finally rang.

"Hello." He said.

"Hi sweetheart." CJ said.

"How are you?"

"I believe the medical term for it is resting comfortably."

"So you are fine?"

"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm a little tired, but okay."

"And the babies?"

"They're fine."

"Don't you have something else to tell me about them?"

"They're beautiful."

"I don't think there is much else to tell."

"CJ you may have forgotten that I don't know their sex."

"You don't do you?" CJ laughed.

"No, I don't."

"Do you really think that is something I'd tell you over the phone?"

"I don't think I want to tell you that over the phone."

"No, I'll tell you when you are holding them."

"Okay, how much did they weigh?"

"The older one weighs 5 lbs. 3 oz. The younger one 4 lbs. 14 oz."

"They're so tiny."

"Yeah they really are."

"Twenty inches and nineteen and a half inches."

"They have all their fingers and toes also."

"Okay." Toby laughed. "How are you really?"

"I'm tired. It's understandable."

"How long did it take?"

"From the time I got to the hospital, ten hours."

"You weren't feeling well when I spoke to you last night, were you?"

"No. It started shortly after that."

"That's what I thought."

"I'm going to hang up now. I want to sleep for a while." CJ said.

"Okay, I think we are getting ready to leave here." Toby said. "Hopefully I'll be there with you soon."

"I love you."

"I love you too."

"You're not going to tell me what they are?"

"No, you can find that out when you are here." CJ said. "But I will tell you one thing."

"You either have two sons or two daughters."
