Summary: A small trip to Paris. (Sequel to Amazed.)

Toby stood looking out the window of their hotel room in Paris. They had been in Paris for six days. On the second day, CJ had been able to persuade him into taking her shopping on the Champs Elysee. He had actually enjoyed it. Maybe it was because some of her enthusiasm had rubbed off on him, or maybe it was just because he enjoyed her company. He smiled when he felt her slip her arms around him.

"I thought you were asleep?" Toby asked.

"I was, but I woke up."

"Maybe because I was lonely in there by myself."

"Really?" Toby asked and kissed her.

"Yes, I was lonely."

"What do you want to do tonight?" Toby asked as he drew her over to the couch and they sat down.

"I don't know. We could just stay here."

"Yes we could."

"Order some room service. And stay in." CJ suggested.

"It probably would be a good idea. It has started to snow. It wouldn't be a good idea for you to be outside."

"Toby, I'm pregnant. I'm not an invalid."

"I know that."

"Yes, but it would not be a good idea for you to get sick right now."

"You're right it wouldn't be. So I guess you will just have to see that I don't."

"Aren't we supposed to be on our honeymoon?"

"We are."

"Then why aren't we acting like we are on our honeymoon?"

"That is a situation that can quickly be rectified." Toby said as he stood up."

"I certainly hope so." CJ said as she slipped her arms around him and kissed him passionately.

"So what do you want to do?" Toby asked CJ one morning just after they had woken up.

"I don't know. We only have a couple of more days until we go home."

"Which means we can do anything you want to."

"I'm going to regret saying that aren't I?"

"Probably." CJ laughed.

"You're not going to go shopping again?"

"I might."

"CJ you're going to max out the credit cards." Toby joked.

"I haven't bought too much."

"I know."

"So you were just joking?"

"You know what I would like to do?" Toby asked as he put his arms around her.

"You want to say here?" CJ said and kissed him.

"Yeah." Toby said and kissed her again.

"We could always go out later." Toby suggested.

"Yeah we could." CJ agreed.

"So we are going to stay here for awhile?"

"Yeah that sounds like a good idea to me." CJ said and kissed him.

"Are you finished for now?" Toby asked as they left the store.

"I guess so."

"Good. There is a little bistro there. Since it is warmer today, would you like something?"

"Yeah that sounds like a good idea. I am a little tired." CJ said as she laid her head on his shoulder.

"I know that." Toby said as he helped her to sit down at a table.

"You're getting to the point where you know me rather well, aren't you?"

"It appears to be that way doesn't it?"

"Yeah." CJ laughed.

"What do you want?" Toby asked.

"A croissant and some hot chocolate. But you should let me order."

"I speak better French than you do. If you order I don't know what the hell we will end up with."

"It's the truth." CJ laughed.

"Fine you can order."

"I was planning to, sweetheart."

"Do you really think that will help." Toby said.

"Calling me sweetheart. You're trying to get on my good side."

"Aren't I already on your good side?"

"Not right now."

"Because I said you spoke poor French?"

"Toby, you do speak poor French."

"I don't need you to remind me of that."

"Okay." CJ said and leaned over to kiss him.

"Toby, who cares. We're in Paris. It doesn't matter." CJ said, and kissed him again.

"Only one more day." CJ murmured the next morning.

"Yeah." Toby agreed. "You know that formal gown you bought the other day?"

"You could wear it tonight."

"I could?"

"Yes you could."

"And why am I going to do this?"

"Because I want to take you out tonight."

"You do?"

"To do what?"

"I'm not going to tell you that." Toby replied.

"You're not?"

"There's nothing I could do to persuade you?"

"You could try. In fact I think you should try." Toby said.

"I should?" CJ asked as she turned to face him.

"Yeah." Toby said just before CJ kissed him.

"So do you like it?" CJ said twirling around in the green dress.

"Yes I do. You look very beautiful. "Toby said as he put his arms around her.

"Thank you. I know why you wanted me to do this."

"Because you were afraid I would gain weight until this dress was too small, and you wouldn't get to see me in it." CJ laughed.

"The thought never crossed my mind."

"Sure it didn't." CJ laughed.

"Would you like to dance?" Toby asked CJ after they had eaten dinner.

"Yes I would." CJ said.

They walked to the dance floor and Toby drew her into his arms. After a moment, CJ laid her head on his shoulder.

"I love you." She whispered.

"I love you too." He replied.

"And I've had a wonderful honeymoon."

"We still have one more night." Toby said.

"I know that."

"I think we should make the most of it."

"Are you saying that you want to go back upstairs?"

When they got back on the elevator, they were alone,. Toby slipped his arms around CJ's waist and pulled her against him.

"Do you think we should tell everyone?" CJ asked.

"That I'm pregnant."

"I don't know, do you?"

"I think we should wait." CJ said as Toby opened the door to their hotel suite.

"Okay." Toby said as he shut the door. He then pulled her into his arms. "I love you Mrs. Ziegler." He said just before he started to kiss her passionately.

The end.
