So - this is definitely the end, its sort of happy and fluffy and I was going to add a bit onto the end but it didn't really work - so I decided against it.

Current Affairs - Epilogue
It was a wonderful way to wake up - CJ remained completely still, enjoying the moment, savouring the soft bed and Toby's warm body curled around hers. It had definitely been far too long since she had felt like this.
Gradually she realised she hadn't drifted into consciousness completely of her own accord. The fingertip sliding along her bare spine and the soft kisses to a particularly vulnerable spot on her shoulder were definite indications that someone was trying to attract her attention. She grinned broadly at the thought of the someone in question and tried to bury her head further into the pillow, not quite willing to give up on the delicious feeling yet.
'I know you're awake,' a familiar soft voice said in her ear. She opened her eyes.
'How do you know I'm awake?'
'Your breathing changed.' She really had no reply to this observation, since as far as she knew no one had ever listened particularly attentively to the sound of her breathing before. But instead of further debating the point she turned over and confirmed that she was indeed awake with a long kiss.
'What time is it?' she asked as she drew back from him, trying to reconcile the unfamiliarity of her surroundings with a sense that she was exactly where she belonged. It wasn't very bright, she noticed, either Toby's blinds effectively blocked out the light or...
'About quarter to four.'
'In the morning?'
'And I'm awake right now - why?'
'Because I wanted to talk to you.' CJ rolled onto her back and looked up at Toby as he propped himself up on his elbow.
'I wanted to talk to you, I was awake, I have all these exciting thoughts buzzing around in my head and I wanted to tell you about them - to see what you thought, to argue with you about them. I couldn't wait to talk to you - so I woke you up.'
It was one of the best explanations for waking someone up in the middle of the night she'd ever heard; especially when she took into account his obvious enthusiasm, the way he was waving one of his hands around and the expression on his face as he looked at her.
'You woke me up at quarter to four because you couldn't wait to talk to me? When you put it like it sounds romantic.' She touched his face, fingertips running over his cheek, thumb tracing the outline of his lips. 'So, what do you want to talk about?'
'Its four in the morning.' She closed her eyes for a moment and tried, very hard not to smile when he lifted her hand to his lips and started to kiss her palm. 'Stop it!' She opened her eyes again and looked up at him, he still had that enthralled expression on his face, it just about took her breath away. 'All right,' pulling him down she made herself comfortable, curled into his side, 'start talking Ziegler.'
'OK,' she wasn't ready to give him the last word on this, it was something they were both going to have to get used to.
'You realise I'm probably going to kiss you at some point just to get you to stop talking?'
